Board of Assessment Review

The Board of Assessment Review meets annually to hear complaints filed on the current tentative assessment roll. Complaints must be filed on a form proscribed by the NYS Department of Taxation & Finance and can be found here. To have your complaint considered for 2022, it must be filed before the Board of Assessment Review closes their session at 8 PM.

Wednesday, May 25, 2022 the Town of Franklin Board of Assessment Review will meet from 4 – 8 PM.  Where your completed RP-524 form is not received by the Assessor on or before Wednesday, May 18, 2022, an adjourned hearing will be scheduled.
